XBox 360 Gets YouTube, FiOS TV, More

XBox 360's

If you turned on you XBox recently, you probably got the big update to the XBox dashboard, which included a whole new look and new apps for your enjoyment. Even more apps have been added to the XBox 360 today, from a lot of different sources.  Some of these are region-specific, however, so not everyone will see them.
  • YouTube: Your favorite stop for cute cat videos and people doing stupid things is now on the XBox!
  • FiOS TV: Verizon Wireless' TV and video service is now available. This service hosts 26 channels from favorites like HBO, MTV, Comedy Central, CNN, and more.
  • TMZ: For the gawker and celebrity gossip-monger in you.
  • Blinkbox: (UK Only) Similar to Netflix, this service offers a wide range of movies, though their library is limited to about 10,000.  The plus here is that it doesn't require a subscription fee.
  • iHeartRadio: An actual radio for your XBox. This service is available to US customers, and boasts about 800 channels from 150 different cities in the US.
  • MSN Video: Available in Australia, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Italy, and the UK, this service offers news, sports, celebrity gossip, and more.
  • MSNBC.com: (US Only) Programming from NBC, Fox Sports, MSNBC, Access Hollywood, and original content on-demand.
  • MUZU TV: Available in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and UK, this service offers about 80,000 music videos on-demand.
  • Rogers On Demand: (Canada Only) The on-demand resource for movies and TV shows from Rogers. Rogers' customers can watch unlimited for free.
  • SBS On Demand: (Australia Only) On-demand TV shows to catch up on the latest series and documentaries.
  • RTVE: (Spain Only) On-demand TV shows, documentaries, and sports programming from RTVE.
